1. Overview Rocket Accounts provides digital goods and custom services including Reddit, Gmail, and various other social media accounts, as well as bot development, automation scripts, and consulting. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Products and Services We offer a variety of digital accounts and custom services. Some accounts are made-to-order, while others are ready for immediate delivery. Custom requests for accounts or bot services are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to acceptance or refusal based on feasibility.

3. Refund and Replacement Policy

• Refunds: We offer refunds if the accounts are dead upon arrival. The customer must provide proof of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
• Replacements: If an account provided is not functional upon delivery, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed. Once the account has been delivered and is functioning, any subsequent bans or issues are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery All accounts and services are delivered via messaging platforms, such as email or Telegram, based on customer preference. Custom accounts may take longer to deliver based on their nature, especially if they need to be made-to-order.

5. Usage We are not responsible for how customers use the accounts or bots once delivered. Customers are solely responsible for adhering to the terms of service of the respective platforms where the accounts are used.

6. Bot/Automation Services

• Customers purchase bots in their current working state at the time of sale.
• Updates are free for bots under a monthly subscription. For bots purchased with a one-time fee, updates for site changes or new anti-bot measures may require an additional fee, which will be advertised accordingly.
• There are no refunds if a platform becomes impossible to automate due to advanced security features after the sale.

7. Payment

• All payments for accounts are made via cryptocurrency.
• For bot and automation services, cryptocurrency is the primary payment method, though other methods (bank transfer, card, PayPal) may be introduced in the future.

8. Reselling

• Customers may resell the accounts they purchase.
• Sharing or reselling bots, automation scripts, or software is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their access to the software removed.

9. Liability Rocket Accounts is not liable for any issues or damages resulting from the use or misuse of accounts, bots, or automation software once delivered.
